Kennedy's game  last Thursday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Tuesday. They blew past the Manual Thunderbolts 71-38. The Commanders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11  contests by 27  points or more this season.
Kennedy got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Keana Venegas-Alvarez out in front who  went 7-for-16  on her way to 20  points along with seven  assists and five  boards. What's more,  Venegas-Alvarez also posted a 43%  three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's  achieved since back in January.  Morgan Williams was another key player,  going 7-for-12  to rack up 20 points in addition to five  rebounds and three  steals.
 Venegas-Alvarez wasn't the only one working in the  assist department: Kennedy was working as a unit and  finished the game with 17  assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Manual only  five  assists.
 Despite the  defeat, Manual had strong showings from  Dayjah Fox, who  almost  dropped  a double-double with 17  points and nine  boards, and  Jaci Collins-Falcon, who  posted 17 points and six  rebounds. That was a full 44.7% of Manual's points, marking the eighth time in a row  Collins-Falcon has  had  more than a third of the team's points.
Kennedy's win bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Manual, their loss  ended  a  nine-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 16-5.
As of now, neither Kennedy nor Manual have any future games scheduled.
