The Adena Warriors won the last time they faced the Piketon Redstreaks, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Adena walked away with a 63-51 win over Piketon.
Adena's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Easton Henness, who scored 15 points along with five assists and five steals. Another player making a difference was Joedy Ater, who scored 18 points.
Adena is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 10-5 record this season. As for Piketon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-8.
Adena will head out on the road to take on Huntington at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Huntington will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 783rd, while Adena is ranked 339th). As for Piketon, they will be playing at home against Southeastern at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
