Hoyt Miles put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April on Saturday. He struck out eight batters over 5.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances.
