The Pennington Red Raiders stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They beat International Community by the very same score they won with last week: 67-45. The win was familiar territory for Pennington who now have three in a row.
International Community lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Paxton Boaz, who scored 14 points along with five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Adam Jablon, who scored 14 points.
Pennington pushed their record up to 12-5 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.2 points per game. As for International Community, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.
Pennington will head out on the road to face off against Hill School at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for International Community, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Forest Lake Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Forest Lake Academy is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 60.2 points per game.
