Laney found a leader in Carly Krueger as the squad took down Whiteville on Wednesday. Krueger was dynamite, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 4-for-5. Those four hits gave her a new career-high.

Looking ahead, Krueger and Laney will take on South Brunswick at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Laney is 7-2 against South Brunswick going back to March of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
