Roy Vazquez was the offensive standout of the contest as he rushed for 105 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries, and also threw for 103 yards on nine of 18 attempts. He got the majority of those yards when he took off on a run and that went for an incredible85 yards. Luis Martinez was in the mix as well, providing Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary with two rushing touchdowns touchdowns.
Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary will square off against Montebello at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pasadena, they will venture away from home to face off against San Dimas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pasadena will come in still looking for their first win of the season.
