Strom Thurmond's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Michael Blocker, who rushed for 46 yards and two touchdowns.
Bj Montgomery went supernova for Gray Collegiate Academy, rushing for 192 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.7 yards per carry. Tyler Waller was another key contributor, throwing for 102 yards and a touchdown.
Strom Thurmond's defeat dropped their record down to 10-3. As for Gray Collegiate Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-3.
