Marion won the last time they faced Mullins and things went their way on Friday too. Marion blew past Mullins 16-4. The Swamp Foxes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by six runs or more this season.

Marion's victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-3. As for Mullins, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marion will face off against Latta at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mullins, they will take on Lake City at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake City will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Mullins surely won't give up without a fight.
