 Meanwhile, Oakfield was able to grind out a solid  victory over Markesan on Monday, taking the game  4-1. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Oakfield.
 Pardeeville's defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 16-5. As for Oakfield, their win was  their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 12-2.
 Pardeeville came out on top in a nail-biter against Oakfield  in their previous matchup  back in April, sneaking past  1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Pardeeville since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
