With a playoff win on the line, St. Thomas Aquinas rose to the challenge on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Atlantic Eagles as they made off with a 32-6 win. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Sherice Newton was her usual excellent self, throwing for 245 yards and four touchdowns while completing 75.9% of her passes. She is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as she's now passed for three or more in each of the last five games she's played.

St. Thomas Aquinas didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Kymora Marley led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by herself.

The victory was the fifth in a row for St. Thomas Aquinas, bringing their record up to 15-1. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 21.6 points. As for Atlantic, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-7.

St. Thomas Aquinas wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 27-0 win against Southridge on the 28th. Atlantic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
