After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against West Campus, the Johnson Warriors were happy to have found some success  on Monday. They came out on top against Florin by a score of  39-30. That's another feather in the cap for Johnson, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
 Leading Johnson to victory were  Iris Vang and  Timoa Pa'aga.  Vang  scored 17 points, while  Pa'aga  dropped  a double-double on 12 points and ten  rebounds. That makes it seven consecutive games in which  Vang has scored at least a third of Johnson's points.
 Johnson now  has a winning record of 11-10. As for Florin, their defeat was  their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 1-21.
 Johnson's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Lancers at 7:30  p.m.  on February 7th. As for Florin, they will look to defend their home court  on Wednesday against the Warriors at 6:00  p.m. One thing working in West Campus' favor is that they have posted big  point totals  in their last five matches.
