Despite the loss, Cottage still got an impressive performance from Alyssa Briggs, who almost dropped a triple-double on 16 points, 20 rebounds, and nine steals. The match was Briggs' 12th in a row with at least ten points.
Cottage struggled to work together and finished the game with only an assist. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Cottage has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season. As for North Georgia HomeSchool, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-9.
