In a crosstown rivalry between Wharton and Freedom. The Wharton Wildcats were off to a great start after Justis Meadows homered over the center field wall. But it was Jairius Morris with a 3-3 night, that put the final nail in the coffin for Freedom. His walk off hit in the bottom of the seventh inning set off a packed Wharton crowd that can still be heard!

Daniel Munoz had another big night. Hitting an opposite field home run and two RBI's. Alongside Justis Meadows with his two RBI single. Wharton wins 4-0 . Thanks to a brilliant performance by pitcher Daniel Duno. Who shut down a tough team.

In the top  of the 4th. Wharton's Daniel Munoz breaks the 1-1 stalemate, with a two run no doubter over CF . Munoz went 3/4 with 3 RBI's. Zach Chandler closed out the game, with two old school "Le Lobs " earning a standing ovation from both sides.

Daniel Munoz took the lead with a massive two run homer into the woods behind left field. Followed by a beautiful home run by Zach Chandler. Solidifying Wharton's first victory over Plant High School in five years.
