1. Arbor Prep (Ypsilanti)
Head coach: Rod Wells
2015-16 record: 26-2

Arbor Prep captured the Class C state title last season. Look for Ro'zhane Wells Wells to lead the charge after recording 10.8 points, 3.6 assists and 3.4 rebounds per game.

2. Cousino (Warren)
Head coach: Mike Lee
2015-16 record: 23-4

Cousino claimed the Class A state championship last season. Guard Kierra Fletcher deposited 27 points, eight rebounds and five assists in the state title victory. She should have another big year on tap.

3. Marshall
Head coach: Sal Konkle
2015-16 record: 26-1 Marshall snagged the Class B state title last year. The Redhawks return strong guard play. Jill Konkle posted a team-high 13 points in the state title game and Nikki Tucker added eight points and five rebounds.

4. Detroit Country Day (Beverly Hills)
Head coach: Frank Orlando
2015-16 record: 24-2

Detroit Country Day reached the Class B state semifinals last season. Minnesota commit Destiny Pitts will be eager to drive the Yellowjackets back to the promised land after averaging 16 points, six rebounds and three assists per game.

5. Pittsford
Head coach: Chris Hodos
2015-16 record: 26-0

Pittsford completed last year's undefeated season by raising a Class D state title. The duo of Madelyn Clark and Jaycie Burger will be tough to contain. Clark registered a game-high 23 points and 10 rebounds in the state title win and is poised for a huge year.
