Montrell Estell, a truly talented 6-foot-3, 180-pound player on both sides of the ball, picked the Longhorns Friday over 11 other offers including Texas A&M, Arkansas, Notre Dame, Texas Tech and Arizona State.
The 'Horns definitely hooked Estell.
The wide receiver and safety rushed for 412 yards last season for the Hornets, caught 28 passes for 490 more yards and added 69 tackles and six interceptions on defense. He returned three of those picks for touchdowns.
He's ranked the No. 314 recruit overall from the Class of 2017 by
