Host Zack Poff breaks down some of the top playmakers in the Class of 2020.

These are some of the brightest young stars in high school football. How young? They are the Class of the next decade: 2020.

Both quarterbacks on the first team are two of the best gunslingers in the country. Bryce Young is poised for a monster sophomore season after splitting time as a freshman last year while Jack Miller led all freshmen in passing (3,653) and touchdowns (53) in 2016.

Aledo's Jase McClellan leads a star-studded backfield. The 2016 MaxPreps Freshman of the Year rushed for more yards and touchdowns than star Johnathan Gray did as a freshman. Another running back on the first team, Miles Friday, is one of the three IMG Academy players on the list. He is also the third Ascender to be selected as a first team running back joining T.J. Pledger, who was on the All-American team, and Noah Cain, who was selected to the Junior All-American squad.

Florida and Georgia lead the way with 24 players combined on the Preseason Sophomore All-American Team, and 18 different states are represented.

First Team Offense

QB — Bryce Young, 5-11, 170, Cathedral (Los Angeles)
Southern California has produced some of the best quarterbacks in high school football history and Young has all the tools to be the next big thing from the Golden State.

QB — Jack Miller, 6-3, 195, Chaparral (Scottsdale, Ariz.)
Miller had 26 more touchdown passes than any other freshman in 2016. The former Scottsdale Christian Academy (Phoenix) star will be the starting quarterback for Chaparral in 2017.

RB — Jase McClellan, 5-9, 195, Aledo (Texas)
The reigning MaxPreps Freshman of the Year rushed for 1,527 yards and 20 touchdowns in 2016, leading Aledo to the 5A-D2 UIL Texas state championship.

RB — Miles Friday, 5-11, 170, IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.)
The former Peachtree Ridge (Suwanee, Ga.) star will be playing for the Florida power in 2017. Friday is one of the best running backs in the Class of 2020 and has nearly 20 FBS offers, including Alabama and Ohio State.

RB — Blake Corum, 5-9, 180, Pallotti (Laurel, Md.)
Corum was one of the best overall freshmen last season. He rushed for over 1,000 yards and 18 touchdowns and has landed 16 FBS offers already.

WR — Johnny Wilson, 6-3, 185, Calabasas (Calif.)
Wilson was a first team selection on the 2016 MaxPreps Freshman All-American squad after hauling in 58 receptions for nearly 1,000 yards and a team-high 14 touchdowns.

WR — Jacobi Bellazin, 5-10, 170, Livonia (La.)
When it comes to FBS offers, Bellazin is king. He has 24 offers and had nearly 1,400 total yards and 13 touchdowns in 2016.

TE — Leonard Manuel, 6-4, 200, Vanguard (Ocala, Fla.)
The Class of 2020 star is one of the most talented players in all of Florida.

OL — Jake Wray, 6-5, 290, Franklin (Tenn.)
Wray is one of the top overall recruits in the Class of 2020. He's landed 16 FBS offers, including Alabama, Ohio State and LSU.

OL — Myles Hinton, 6-6, 300, Greater Atlanta Christian (Norcross, Ga.)
The big man's name is one to remember. He is one of the best players in all of Georgia.

OL — Bryn Tucker, 6-4, 300, Knoxville Catholic (Tenn.)
Tucker helped lead Knoxville Catholic to a 10-2 record in 2016. Alabama and LSU are among the schools to make offers to the talented offensive tackle so far.

OL — Jalen Rivers, 6-5, 325, Oakleaf (Orange Park, Fla.)
Oakleaf's stud is one of the most sought-after players in the Class of 2020. He's got nearly 15 FBS offers, including the likes of Alabama and Florida State.

OL — Justin Rogers, 6-3, 265, Oak Park (Mich.)
There might not be a better offensive guard in the Class of 2020 than Rogers.

AP — Cartavious Bigsby, 5-11, 185, Callaway (Hogansville, Ga.)
You know you are a big-time running back when your nickname is Tank. He is one of the best overall players in the Class of 2020 and he has already landed 20 FBS offers.

AP — Donnovan Moorer, 5-8, 155, Peachtree Ridge (Suwanee, Ga.)
There might not be a better playmaker in the Class of 2020 than Moorer. No freshman in all of Georgia had more receptions and receiving yards than he did in 2016.

K — Andrew Brown, 5-9, 140, West Davidson (Lexington, N.C.)
Brown led all freshman kickers in the nation with 12 field goals in 2016.

First Team Defense
DL — Latarie Kinsler, 6-6, 220, Pahokee (Fla.)
Kinsler was an absolute nightmare for opposing quarterbacks during his freshman season. He recorded 23 sacks so expect another big year from the Louisville commit.

DL — Chantz Williams, 6-4, 210, Oakleaf (Orange Park, Fla.)
Williams is one of the most talented players from the Class of 2020. Alabama and Florida State lead the list of the 11 FBS schools to extends offers to the talented defensive end so far.

DL — Sav'ell Smalls, 6-4, 225, Garfield (Seattle)
Smalls is one of the top-rated players from the Class of 2020 and is expecting a big sophomore season during his first year at Garfield.

DL — McKinnley Jackson, 6-2, 260, George County (Lucedale, Miss.)
The talented defensive tackle had 60 tackles in 2016 and half of them were for loss.

LB — Jesus Machado, 6-1, 205, Champagnat Catholic (Hialeah, Fla.)
Machado already had an offer from Alabama before he was even in high school. During his freshman season he had 113 tackles and 20 sacks.

LB — Justin Houston, 6-3.5, 180, Serra (Gardena, Calif.)
Serra has one of the most talented teams in all of California and Houston leads the way among Class of 2020 players. He had 81 tackles his freshman year.

LB — Jaylen Harrell, 6-3, 210, Berkeley Prep (Tampa, Fla.)
The talented outside linebacker had 81 tackles and 16 tackles for loss in 2016.

LB — Antoine Sampah, 6-1, 205, Woodbridge (Woodbridge, Va.)
There are some heavy hitters from the Class of 2020, but Sampah is the king when it comes to delivering big-time hits. He is one of the most talented linebackers among all rising sophomores.

DB — RJ Mickens, 5-11, 175, Carroll (Southlake, Texas)
Mickens is following in the same footsteps as his dad, Ray Mickens. He was an 11-year NFL veteran and was one of the best nickel cornerbacks during his career.

DB — Sheridan Jones, 6-1, 165, Bishop Sullivan Catholic (Virginia Beach, Va.)
Bishop Sullivan Catholic has one of the most talented teams in the country and leading the way from the Class of 2020 is Jones, who has already landed offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida and eight other FBS programs.

DB — Brandon Jones, 5-10, 165, Grace Brethren (Simi Valley, Calif.)
Jones was one of the top players on a very talented Hawkins (Los Angeles) team during his freshman season. He is now at Grace Brethren and is expecting a huge sophomore year.

DB — Dwight McGlothern, 6-1, 160, New Caney (Texas)
One of the top players from Texas in the Class of 2020 is coming off a four-interception freshman season and he has already landed offers from the likes of Alabama, Michigan and Ohio State.

AP — Lejond Cavazos, 6-0, 185, IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.)
One of the most coveted players in the country, he's already landed 15 FBS offers.

P — Jeremy Glidewell, Harlem (Ga.)
Glidewell earned All-Region honors while averaging nearly 40 yards per punt as a freshman.

Second Team Offense
QB — Harrison Bailey, 6-4, 215, Marietta (Ga.)
One of the most talented quarterbacks in all of high school football, Bailey threw for nearly 3,000 yards and 21 touchdowns in 2016 and was an honorable mention choice on the Class AAAAAAA All-State Team last year.

QB — Sol-Jay Maiava, 6-0, 170, Kahuku (Hawaii)
The Kahuku star has a chance to join the likes of Marcus Mariota and Tua Tagovailoa as one of the best quarterbacks to ever come out of Hawaii.

RB — Mecose Todd, 6-0, 200, Villa Rica (Ga.)
Todd is one of the most talented running backs in the Class of 2020 and has already landed offers from Alabama and Georgia.

RB — Campbell Speights, 5-7, 165, McAllen Memorial (McAllen, Texas)
Speights earned District 30-6A Offensive MVP honors in 2016 after rushing for 1,500-plus yards and 20 scores.

RB — Ron Hoff, 5-9, 170, Dutch Fork (Irmo, S.C.)
Hoff played a monster role for Dutch Fork during its 15-0 season in 2016. He rushed for 1,700-plus yards and 29 touchdowns.

WR — Kobe Hudson, 6-2, 185, Troup County (LaGrange, Ga.)
Hudson is one of the most talented players from the Class of 2020. He's landed over 20 FBS offers.

WR — Porter Rooks, 6-1, 180, Providence Day (Charlotte, N.C.)
The talented wide receiver has already landed 16 FBS offers and is one of the top playmakers from the Class of 2020.

TE — Dustin Dyson, 6-4, 200, St. Thomas Aquinas (Hammond, La.)
The other St. Thomas Aquinas in Florida isn't the only one with some of the best talent in the country. Dyson checks in as one of the top tight ends from the Class of 2020 and has already landed offers from LSU and Mississippi State.

OL — Bryan Felter, 6-3, 300, Bergen Catholic (Oradell, N.J.)
Felter started on the offensive line for one of the best teams in all of New Jersey as a freshman and expect the 300-pounder to play a big role for Bergen Catholic in 2017.

OL — Cooper Mays, 6-2, 235, Knoxville Catholic (Tenn.)
Mays is one of two offensive linemen from Knoxville Catholic to make the Preseason Sophomore All-American Team and they help form one of the best offensive lines in all of Tennessee.

OL — Joshua Braun, 6-6, 300, Suwannee (Live Oak, Fla.)
Braun is one of the nation's top offensive linemen from the Class of 2020 and is coming off a strong freshman season.

OL — Jermarques Bailey, 6-6, 310, Nimitz (Houston, Texas)
The Nimitz offensive lineman is primed for a big 2017 season. He is one of the top players from Texas in the Class of 2020.

OL — Kevin Pyne, 6-7, 265, Millis/Hopedale (Millis, Mass.)
The only player from Massachusetts the make the list is one of the best offensive linemen in the country. After a strong freshman season Pyne has already landed 15 FBS offers.

AP — Jayion McCluster, 6-1, 175, Largo (Fla.)
Back in 2005 Dexter McCluster had a huge senior year for Largo, rushing for nearly 2,500 yards and 39 touchdowns. Now it is his little cousin's turn. Javion has already landed some FBS offers and is on track for a monster sophomore season.

AP — Daijun Edwards, 5-11, 185, Colquitt County (Moultrie, Ga.)
The talented running back from Colquitt County rushed for nearly 1,000 yards and 14 touchdowns in 2016. He also added 22 receptions for nearly 200 yards as a freshman.

K — Brett Money, Alamogordo (N.M.)
Money was an All-State selection as a freshman in 2016.

Second Team Defense

DL — Bryan Bresee, 6-4, 260, Damascus (Md.)
Bresee is one of the most coveted recruits from the Class of 2020. The talented defensive end has already landed 17 FBS offers.

DL — Jacolbe Cowan, 6-5, 250, Providence Day (Charlotte, N.C.)
The Providence Day star defensive end has already received 15 FBS offers.

DL — Tre'von Riggins, 6-4, 240, IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.)
Riggins is one of the three players from IMG Academy on the list and the Lakewood (Fla.) transfer is one of the most talented players in the Class of 2020.

DL — Treyshaun Mitchell, 6-3, 290, King's Fork (Suffolk, Va.)
Treyshaun Mitchell's older brother, Teradja Mitchell, was a first team selection on the Preseason All-American Team. There's lots of talent with these brothers.

LB — Kevin Swint, 6-3, 200, Carrollton (Ga.)
Swint is one of the best all-around linebackers from the Class of 2020. He has already landed 13 FBS offers including schools such as Alabama and Ohio State.

LB — Justin Flowe, 6-2, 195, Upland (Calif.)
Flowe is one of the best players overall from California in the Class of 2020.

LB — Noah Sewell, 6-0, 260, Desert Hills (St. George, Utah)
One could make a strong argument that Sewell is the top-rated player from Utah in the Class of 2020. He's already landed offers from Alabama and Oregon.

LB — Mekhail "MJ" Sherman, 6-3, 235, St. John's (Washington, D.C.)
St. John's has to replace Shane Lee, one of the top linebackers from the Class of 2019. Luckily they have one of the best from the Class of 2020 in Sherman.

DB — Avantae Williams, 6-0, 170, IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.)
The 2020 Miami Hurricanes commit is one of the most talented players in all of Florida from the Class of 2020.

DB — Kaonohi Kaniho, 5-10, 160, Kahuku (Hawaii)
The Red Raiders will have one of the best defenses in the country in 2017 and leading the secondary is Kaniho.

DB — Jalen Huff, 5-11, 165, Athens Academy (Athens, Ga.)
Jamyest Williams was one of the best players in all of Georgia during his high school career and his younger cousin, Jalen Huff, has a chance to be just as good.

DB — Miles Brooks, 6-2, 170, Trinity Christian Academy (Jacksonville, Fla.)
Trinity Christian Academy has been producing some of the best players in all of Florida for quite some time now. Tyreke Johnson is one of the best from the Class of 2018 and Brooks is one of the best from the Class of 2020.

AP — Michael Robertson, 5-11, 185, Savannah Christian (Ga.)
Robertson has already landed offers from Alabama, Clemson and California. The former Callaway star will be playing his sophomore season at Savannah Christian and he has a chance to be just as good as his uncle, former 5-star recruit Demetris Robertson, who is now at Cal.

P — Javon Forward, 6-0, 185, Auburn Riverside (Auburn, Wash.)
No freshman punter had as good a year as Forward did in 2016. His 42.5 yards per punt average was tops among all players from the Class of 2020.
